We use Protek GI for our young Event horse. It appears to have helped her with her gut and level of comfort during the stressful competition season. She is currently on stall rest for an injury and we consider it imperative that she is on it surfing this particularly stressful period for her to hopefully prevent the development of ulcers while on meds and stall rest. If she does not have ulcers after this experience we will know it did its job.
My vet recommended to try with my mare. Very pleased with the results. We have seen an improvement in consistency of her manure. She had poor management before I bought her and now she is thriving.
Prior to using this product, my Horse was pinning her ears and extremely unhappy with cinching and jogging. After just one week using protek G.I. she’s still a little cautious about cinching but is happy to take any gait. Thank you so much for creating a product that is really helping my girl!
Love the results of this product post colic, however the amount of powder twice a day is extreme, especially when the horse doesn’t get that much grain to support the amount of powder
