Excellent customer service experience
I've only just started tapering Larry onto the Protek GI so I can't speak to the product itself as of yet but the customer service was amazing. I had many questions and they were extremely responsive and informative with each of my emailed questions. We haven't worked up to a full dose yet but so far my picky eater has been eating the product without issue. Hopeful for great results for my ulcer prone guy!

My horse is very picky but soaked with her grain and a little water and she licks her tub clean. She's been on it for about 2 weeks and so far I've noticed less fussing on the crossties, less yawning and much more comfortable under saddle.
Bought an underweight gelding. Found out he had ulcers-over the course of 6 months went thru the gambit of meds. Our vet suggested to use Protek GI. In 3 months -no cowlick-his manure is normal and no more fighting the cinch!
I have a 6 year old mare off the track. She was pretty sensitive to her sides when I got her about a year ago. Now she isnt and her over all mood has changed. One happy horse = one happy mama! Have been using it a little over a year and even on my pony. Won't stop! Great investment. Only thing i will say is the tub lid is a pain in the rear lol
I have this on auto ship and wish there was an option to JUST get the bag of product sent. It is so much waste order after order to have the product sent in solid plastic containers.
I am writing to provide feedback on your product, which has been very effective for my horse over the past year. While I am pleased with the results and have even been able to reduce the feeding amount, I have two primary concerns.
First, the current cost of the product is becoming difficult for me to afford. Second, I believe there is significant room for improvement regarding your packaging. The heavy, single-use plastic containers are not environmentally friendly; I suggest switching to a more sustainable option, such as heavy waxed paper.
I would have rated your product five stars, but I believe the pricing and environmental impact of the packaging need to be addressed.
