SECTION ONE - PLEASE NOTE: ONLINE DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

We will deliver throughout USA to your Home or Business Address, or if you are purchasing a gift, to your gift recipient's address within USA.

Each order requires a single delivery point.

Orders placed before 12 PM CST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be dispatched the same day, provided there are no holds (Payment, Operator, Fraud, Address) on the order.

Delivery takes up to 5 business days in Metro Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and 10 days in Rural areas.

Please ensure you refer to the freight calculation to understand the cost for delivery to your postcode at the Shopping Cart step.

If you are not home to receive your order, it will be left at your address, considering any delivery instructions you provide. Where you are not able to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door. Please ensure you understand our Lost or Stolen Order Policy.

Product is great But...

I am writing to provide feedback on your product, which has been very effective for my horse over the past year. While I am pleased with the results and have even been able to reduce the feeding amount, I have two primary concerns.
First, the current cost of the product is becoming difficult for me to afford. Second, I believe there is significant room for improvement regarding your packaging. The heavy, single-use plastic containers are not environmentally friendly; I suggest switching to a more sustainable option, such as heavy waxed paper.
I would have rated your product five stars, but I believe the pricing and environmental impact of the packaging need to be addressed.

Makes a Real Difference

I started using Protek GI after an equine nutritionist recommended it to me for helping with going off of using omeprazole (compounded) and sucralfate to treat my gelding's ulcers. He is continuing to feel and look great, we've gone to shows and clinics and he is happy to work. I plan on continuing to use it through the show season.

It's made a huge difference for my horse, who kept getting rebound cases after ulcer treatments.

Seems to be working…. Packaging needs improvement

As of our last scope my horse’s ulcers were gone! We’ve had so much trouble, without more scopes I don’t know if they’ll stay gone— I do wish the packaging was friendlier. The buckets seem wasteful and they’re very hard to open. Thanks!

2 weeks on Protek GI

I can only give 4 stars at this time due only to the fact that my horse has not been on it for long.
He is a 5yo OTTB with 19 races on his record. He was scoped one month ago and found to have grade 4 squamous ulcers, not surprising! He has been on gastrogard and sucralfate for 30 days. I started him on Protek GI 2 weeks ago. I was pleased that it only took him a day and a half to accept the full recommended dose in his feed. He had a second scope this week to check the healing process and while the ulcers are much improved the vet wants him to do another month of treatment. I will continue to use the Protek GI along with the meds in hopes for complete healing to be seen at the next scope mid June. Happy to update at that time as he will have been on the recommended 6 weeks of Protek GI.
I would also like to add that customer service was very prompt and most helpful with all my questions.
